Delivery of Work
The work stated above will be delivered to you on the date you scheduled the purchase of your OTS Website package. If something extraordinary prevented us to deliver on that day, we shall do it as a matter of urgency the day after. Currently if you place your order by 5pm from Monday to Friday expect delivery the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered within two days.
Exceptionally, if we are at full capacity doing other project there will be a notice indicating so before purchasing, leave your email and we will let you know when we are available.
Refund
If within the first 7 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied with the results or have a change of heart, we shall issue a refund using the same purchasing method for our time and web hosting package. However, please be aware that the registered domain name cannot be refunded as it is beyond our control.
Confidentiality
We do not share any of your details, content, material, information, or data that you provide with anyone.
IP
This is not a website design or development contract, this is a kickstart package where you pay a small fee for our time to set up your website hosting, domain registration, email, place a template, and use any material you provide and that you own on the website. We can use stock images that are provided by Kopage as part of their license from Pixabay.
Hence, you guarantee the written content you provide is yours or that you have the rights to use it. You also guarantee you have licenses to use images to want us to use. You agree to protect us from any claim by owners of copyright material.
Liability
We carry out work in accordance with good industry practice and at the standard expeced from qualified people with relevant experience. That said, we can’t guarantee our work will be completely free from errors. We won’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised us of them.
Your liability to us will be limited only to the price stated when purchasing the OTS Website Package. You won’t be liable to use or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if we’ve advised you of them.
Besides, neither party will be liable for breach-of-contract damages that are remote or speculative, or that the breaching party could not reasonably have foreseen on entry into this agreement.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any loss or delay resulting from any force majeure event, including but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake and all other natural disasters, labour stoppage, war or military hostilities, terrorist attack, civil unrest, pandemic or other form form of biologial or non-biologial major accident.
Maintenance
We set up your website using Hostwoody UK hosting service, your email, and register your preferred available domain name. You can contact us for doubts and guidance but updates to your website and management of your hosting will be up to you. Do not worry hosting has malware scan, firewall and excellent customer support if you have any doubt. Most of your time will be to update content or functionality on your website as your business grow.
Support
We aim to solve your enquiries and steer you in the right direction. We believe of empowering you so you are in control; be in the know to achieve your potential. This ongoing support is conditional to a fair usage, avoiding abuse (e.g. several contact on the same date). We reserve the right to limit support if abuse is detected.
Backups
Hostwoody UK includes basic backup with their service, if you require more comprehensive backup option you can purchase their Timeline Pro backup product for a small additional fee.
